Booking F.A.Q.
How does scheduling work? Jamie and Adessa consider it an honor to be invited to speak at your event. Their scheduling is determined by two main factors: availability and location. Because they are busy with Mantour Conferences in February through May, they are only available to speak from June through January. When submitting a request, please give details about your event and specify if the request is for Jamie, Adessa or both. After you submit your request, either Jamie or Adessa will review our schedule to determine if they are available on that date. If so, we will put you on our schedule. If you are more than two hours from our home base, we kindly request that you provide reimbursement for a reasonably priced hotel. Due to Jamie's disability, we always travel together and have specific hotel needs; however, we strive to keep the price as low as possible. Additionally, if we need to fly to your location, we kindly request that you cover the costs of airfare and car rental. Although this is not a determining factor, we will also inquire about your church's accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
What do you charge to speak at an event? Throughout their ministry, Jamie and Adessa have remained committed to ministering at events, churches, and small groups based on a freewill offering received at each service, in addition to travel and lodging expenses. While they do maintain a weekly budget, they have consistently found that when churches take a separate love offering, the Lord has been faithful to provide for their needs.
What can you expect at a speaking event? Jamie and Adessa are dedicated to delivering solid, Biblical truth in a way that is both relatable and practical for everyday life. They often share personal testimonies of how God has brought healing and freedom from past struggles, offering hope and encouragement for moving forward in victory. Their speaking style is conversational, engaging, and infused with humor and authenticity. With a deep passion for seeing lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit, they emphasize both evangelism and discipleship in every message.
Will you teach a small group via Zoom? Absolutely! We love that technology has made it possible for us to lead a small group through the Bible studies we have written. We love this opportunity to connect with people, have a time of teaching, questions and answers and prayer on a weekly basis.
